By accessing the p2bvip Platform, registering an Account, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the p2bvip Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

Access to the p2bvip Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. p2bvip reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to the Company's satisfaction.
Underage gambling is illegal. p2bvip employs age verification checks and actively cooperates with regulatory bodies to prevent underage access.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the p2bvip Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. p2bvip makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Each individual person may register and maintain only one Account on the p2bvip Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether in the same name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. p2bvip reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void any outstanding balances or pending withdrawals without notice in such circumstances.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to maintain and promptly update that information as necessary. p2bvip reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership — at any time for the purposes of Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to notify p2bvip immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. p2bvip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. p2bvip reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published on the Platform from time to time. Any remaining balance will be returned to the Member prior to account closure, subject to verification requirements.
All deposits to the p2bvip Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Bank Online Banking. p2bvip reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified on the deposit page of your Account and may vary by payment method.
You must only use payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment methods may be voided and refunded, and your Account may be subject to suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Where a direct refund to the original payment method is not possible, p2bvip will use reasonable endeavours to return funds via an alternative verified channel. Before a withdrawal can be processed, p2bvip may require completion of KYC verification, including submission of identity and address documentation.
p2bvip targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes indicated on the withdrawal page. Actual transfer times to the receiving account are subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider and are outside the Company's control. p2bvip shall not be liable for delays caused by banking or payment provider systems.
Note: Withdrawal requests associated with Real Money Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements for Bonus Funds credited to the same Account will be queued until the relevant wagering requirement is met, unless the Member elects to forfeit any outstanding Bonus Funds.
All bonuses and promotions offered by p2bvip are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The specific contribution schedule is published on each promotion's terms page.
p2bvip reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; wagering in a manner designed to circumvent the intent of wagering requirements (including low-variance play exclusively for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements); or providing false information in connection with a bonus claim.
The specific rules applicable to each game and each betting market are set out in the game or market's individual rules documentation, accessible from within the Platform. In using any game or placing any bet on p2bvip, you agree to be bound by those game-specific rules. The following general principles apply across all gaming and betting activity on the Platform:
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p2bvip Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the p2bvip Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, databases, and data compilations — is the property of p2bvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the p2bvip Platform without the prior written consent of p2bvip, except as expressly permitted herein.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p2bvip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
p2bvip's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms and the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
p2bvip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p2bvip makes no warranties, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
p2bvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than a breach by the Member, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the Member by the most practicable available method. Bonus Funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Members who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting p2bvip customer support. Any outstanding Real Money balance will be paid out subject to applicable verification requirements.

Where amendments are material, p2bvip will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Members — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with the Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which p2bvip holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, and both parties agree to be bound by the resulting award.
For disputes related to specific game outcomes or bet settlements, Members must raise the dispute via the Platform's support channel within seven (7) days of the disputed event. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered. p2bvip commits to responding to all formally lodged disputes within ten (10) business days.
